HAEMATOLOGY

Complete Blood count and the WBC counts are the main tests used for routine body Checkup, which are carried out quantatively by two automated analyzer Coulter AcT Diff and Sysmex KX 21.Useful in diagnosis of different types of anaemia, WBC abnormalities and in platelet disorders.

The KX – 21 counts blood cells and WBC 3 part differential using a newly developed reagent which is used for both WBC and Hb. measurement. The instrument measures 18 parameters related to blood cell counts including WBC 3 part.

WBC, RBC, HGB, HCT, MCV, MCH, MCHC, PLT, NEUT%, LYMPH%, MXD%, NEUT#, LYMPH#, MXD#, RDW-SD or RDW-CV, PDW*, MPV, P-LCR* It can analyse upto 60 samples per hour.

Method and Technologies :
DC detection method SLS-hemoglobin method Pulse height detection method
